Company Truck Driver
Qualifications
- At least 23 years old.
- 1 years of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience with an
irregular carrier.
- No DWIs in the last five years.
- No license suspensions in the last three years.
- No serious moving violations in the last five years.
- No more than three moving violations in the last three years,
with no more than one in the last 12 months.
- No more than one preventable accident in the last 12 months.
- No more than two preventable accidents in the last three years.
- Current CDL in driver's home state.
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
- No felony convictions.
Pay
- Pay scale
- 40.5 cents per mile - regional and over-the-road**
- 43.6 cents per mile - teams**
**Must drive a minimum of 10,000 delivered miles per
month to qualify.
- PLUS Up to an additional $.015 per mile idle time
bonus available for all drivers. Must have 15.0% or
less idle time.
Plus You Can Earn:
- $.01 per mile increase each year.
(Note: Mileage rate pays book miles, loaded and empty).
- $20 for each additional drop or pickup.
- Paid weekly via direct deposit or Comchek services.
- Layover pay.
- "No-Touch" freight.
- Orientation pay - $150. (Two Day Orientation)
